March 18, 2010, 12:26 pm | Valuation Notices for the 2010 assessment year for taxes payable in 2011 are being mailed to taxpayers in the next couple of weeks. If you disagree with your value or property classification, or you have other questions or concerns, please contact your appraiser first at 507-304-4251.
Exempt properties are also now available on-line for the 2010 assessment year.

The commercial-classed, industrial-classed, and apartment-classed properties in the County are available on-line. These properties can be searched just like the residential and agricultural properties.
The “Sales Search” feature is also available for the commercial and industrial properties under commercial sale search.
